At Bright Kids Learning Academy children are immersed in creative ways to learn a concept or skill. We are using the North Carolina Foundations for Early Learning and Development as a resource guide to support children's early learning experiences based on their skills and abilities. The teachers provide strategies and effective tools to ensure that children have meaningful experiences and understand the skills or concepts being taught daily. North Carolina Foundations provides age-appropriate Goals and Developmental Indicators for each age level—infant, toddler, and preschooler. We have created an environment and implemented activities that are socially and emotionally positive, cognitively stimulating, and supportive of each child’s culture, language, ethnicity, and family structure.
